- Provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, and help customers access and engage with their community.
- Work in a safe and nurturing environment, supporting individuals in their day-to-day living and ensuring their overall well-being.
- Be willing to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays, with significant availability.
- Be resilient, confident, and able to use computers and learn various software/programs.
About the Role
This Disability Support Worker position is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will provide quality care and support in supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL).
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment that enables customers to thrive.
Key Requirements:
- Able to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
