Regional Security Manager

 

A Regional Security Manager oversees the operational and tactical aspects of multiple sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and high security standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a team and make informed decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations at multiple locations, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to safeguard personnel, clients, and assets.
  • Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining service quality across all sites.

 

Business Development:

  • Identify and capture business opportunities within the region to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to cross-sell additional protective security solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
  • Actively participate in tenders and proposals targeting large contracts.

 

Leadership and Administration:

  • Lead, mentor, and support security staff to ensure high performance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with head office to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tracking.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic leadership, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery across regions.
