Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be a key team player, responsible for leading marketing campaigns across various channels. This includes owning the social media strategy, managing ecommerce shoots, and overseeing brand communications rollouts to engage with core customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, and email channels
  • Manage the execution and planning of social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Lead retail marketing execution across stores, including window campaigns, in-store POS, and shopping centre-based activations
  • Coordinate the end-to-end coordination of brand photoshoots with the team
  • Support the coordination of communications rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, retail, and creative teams to ensure campaign integration and seamless execution
  • Assist with influencer, ambassador, and partnership initiatives aligned to brand storytelling
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a Marketing Manager role within apparel, preferably for a large scale retailer
  • Experience with multi-location campaign rollouts and ability to plan and produce ecommerce or campaign shoots managing creative and logistics
  • Strong organisation skills, detail-orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative eye and commercial mindset
