Job Title
Staff Specialist In Haematology Cancer Role: Seeking an accomplished medical professional to fill a challenging position as Staff Specialist in Haematology Cancer. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through expert assessment and management of patients within the Haematology Department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient outcomes.
- Contribute to education and supervision of junior medical staff.
Requirements
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge in Haematology/malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and junior medical staff supervision.
Working Conditions
The appointed candidate will work on a fraction basis, up to 0.6 FTE, with on-call duties suitable for the fraction assigned. The successful applicant may be eligible for credentialing and privileging across all facilities within the district.
