Payroll Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity:
Payroll Operations SpecialistThis role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of wages in accordance with statutory legislation, industrial agreements, company policies, and other contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, preferably in a complex and high-volume environment. They must possess strong time management skills and be able to deliver an end-to-end payroll process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of assigned payroll on time and in an accurate manner.
- Processing all employee movements, including new hires, terminations, and transfers.
- Calculation and administration of entitlements under various Awards and Industrial Instruments.
- Presentation and payment of payroll tax, superannuation, and other legislative payments.

- Proven track record of managing complex payroll processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform with integrity.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
