About the Role

As a trusted advisor and mentor, you'll facilitate confidential peer group meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and support the growth of your own Chair practice with our proven model.

  • Lead monthly peer advisory group discussions that yield breakthrough insights and accelerate business performance.
  • Mentor and coach leading SME CEOs and Business Owners through tailored guidance and support.
  • Build and manage your own Chair practice, leveraging Vistage's resources and expertise.

Requirements

We seek individuals with:

  • Senior executive or CEO experience with P&L responsibility and leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead engaging group discussions.
  • Time and drive to build a successful Chair practice, supported by our brand and tools.
  • Lifelong learning mindset to empower CEOs and help them grow.
