Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide technical support and maintenance services in client greenhouses.

  • Provide on-location support and maintenance services to clients
  • Troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical components
  • Work independently with minimal direction and excellent communication skills
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve system deployment

Responsibilities include lifting, carrying, and moving products up to 50 pounds and working in warm greenhouse conditions. The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent, minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, and valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Preferred qualifications include understanding of the AgTech industry and greenhouse operations, competency around international electrical standards, familiarity with tool selection and procurement, and strong ethical standards, work ethic, and self-starter mentality.
