Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting skills to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers
  • Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network components
  • Support Windows 10/7, Linux, and virtual environments
  • Manage users and mailboxes in Active Directory
  • Triage network issues and conduct root cause analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or field technician roles
  • Solid experience with hardware break/fix and PC builds/upgrades
  • Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Exchange, Teams)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows/Linux OS
  • Great communication and fault-resolution skills
