Asset Risk Manager

This is a temporary full-time role, lasting until 28 February 2026, to cover long service leave. The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week.
We are seeking an Asset Protection Officer to mitigate risks and damage to Council Assets caused by owners or appointed agents during building or service authority works.
- Manage permissions for Works within the Road Reserve and administer Asset Protection Permits across the municipality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate complex information effectively.
- Support investigations and enforcement, contributing to high-quality outcomes through inspections and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administering consent and permit processes for road reserve, easements, and service authorities other than Council.
They will also possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse customers.
