Senior Business Partner Job Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Partner to lead strategic partnerships with key service delivery providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients
  • Establish and manage governance meetings
  • Develop and monitor performance frameworks
  • Provide insights into operational planning and benchmarking
  • Participate in daily stand-ups with service delivery partners

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in senior business partnership roles, preferably within a contact centre environment.

They will have led complex partnerships, with an emphasis on national call centres.

Additionally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of Service Level Agreements and handling complex contracts along with management of Key Performance Indicators under minimal supervision with service delivery partners.

Requirements:
  • Current Baseline Security Clearance or higher
