We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of Engineering Graduates. As an Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, rotating through various specialist areas across the business in South Australia and Western Australia.

You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive culture, where you can grow your career and balance life and work. Our Graduate Program is a structured 2-year program, designed to provide you with the skills and experience required to excel in your field.

About You

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a completed Bachelor Degree in one of the following engineering disciplines:

  • Electrical: Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Aerospace (Electrical)
  • Mechanical: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, Marine and Offshore, Manufacturing
  • Structural (Mechanical Stress Analysis): Aerospace, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, Maritime, Civil, Naval Architecture
  • Materials: Materials Science (laboratory experience desirable), Chemical, Process
  • Software: Software, Computer Systems, Computer Science
  • Naval Architecture: Naval Architecture

Eligibility and Requirements

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
