PEER, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. PEER, in collaboration with the Commonwealth and Australian Governments, are seeking applications for the Defence Industry Pathways Program (DIPP).

Launch your career in the defence industry and gain Certificate III in Defence Industry Pathways. This 12 month traineeship, commencing on Tuesday October 7th, offers a unique blend of classroom learning at TAFE Regency Park and hands-on training through three 12-week placements with leading defence industry employers. Gain practical experience across areas like engineering, manufacturing, administration, IT, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and CAD - preparing you for a range of dynamic roles in both blue and white-collar environments.

• Complete a 12-month traineeship, commencing on Tuesday October 7th, with three 12-week placements with leading defence industry employers.
• Participate in classroom learning at TAFE Regency Park and engage in hands-on training across engineering, manufacturing, administration, IT, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and CAD.
• Gain practical experience across these areas to prepare for a range of dynamic roles in both blue- and white-collar environments.
• Receive ongoing support from dedicated mentors, coaches, and educators throughout the traineeship.
• Be paid for the duration of the traineeship (includes annual leave, personal leave and superannuation).

Candidates must satisfactorily pass a National Police Clearance, Baseline Security Check (must be an Australian citizen) and medical checks including drug & alcohol screening before a formal offer of employment is provided. Eligibility criteria apply in relation to work rights.

As a trainee you will be paid in accordance with the National Training Wage.
