About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trustee Services Coordinator to join our team on a national basis. As a key member of our Trustee Services team, you will provide technical and administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical administrative support to the Trustee Services team
  • Maintain regular and effective contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage team inboxes and assist with compliance tasks and service requests
  • Support the estate renunciation process and deliver exceptional client service
  • Assist with projects and operational improvement initiatives
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to work in a client-focused role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a compliance focus.

Desirable qualifications include financial industry qualifications and experience operating in a trust and estate administration environment.
