Job Title:

A compassionate and dependable Support Professional is required to provide tailored assistance to a mature client in Nundah, Australia.

About the Role:

This role requires someone who is empathetic, patient, and can prepare nourishing meals for the client.

The key responsibilities of this role include delivering personalized support, communicating effectively, and collaborating with the client, team, and Support Specialist.

  • Deliver high-quality support to our clients in the capacity they require
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate for client needs with clients, team & Support Specialist
  • Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to client needs
  • Provide support to our clients as required
  • Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
  • Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
  • Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our clients
  • Support our clients to achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • Resonate with the role description above
  • Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
  • Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain)
  • Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
  • Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
  • Manual handling experience required
