Conexson is looking for **Disability Support Workers in Brisbane City - Nundah and Wooloowin.**

We have two-hour shifts in two SIL houses in Nundah and Wooloowin, available daily. We are looking for someone who is willing to do **multiple short shifts and can travel between Nundah and Wooloowin**.

Your role as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) revolves around providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, implementing individualized care plans, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate documentation.

**Benefits**:

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficient in manual handling techniques
- Having PEG feeding expertise is a plus.
- Possession of a NDIS Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Paid Experience
- Proof of Working Rights (AU Birth Certificate/Passport or International Passport)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 - $72.56 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
