Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Leasing Specialist to collaborate with our clients. This role is essential in managing transactions within our property portfolio, focusing on supporting the Retail Leasing Manager and Director in executing the strategies outlined by the Retail Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate negotiations for Retail Branch Lease transactions.
  • Oversee property and leasing services, ensuring commercial performance and client engagement.
  • Negotiate lease renewals, relocations, and refurbishments on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure rental agreements align with market standards.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Leasing Manager to develop and implement effective strategies and policies.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting for lease administration.
  • Update leasing documentation promptly to reflect all changes.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed service delivery expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports regarding property status and lease negotiations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Lease Executive in a retail context.
  • Possession of a relevant State Real Estate License/Sub-Agents License.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple complex issues under tight deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving performance targets.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen for generating monthly financial reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the retail team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
