Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Trade Distribution Specialist to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for executing strategies to drive sales in and sales out across all distributors and resellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and resellers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and solutions across the ET distribution network.
  • Coordinate with the local and global marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and in-store displays.
  • Manage co-marketing activities with distributors and resellers to maximize brand exposure.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, stock levels, and merchandising effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or distribution management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
  • Understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit distributor and reseller locations.
