About This Role

This is a strategic opportunity to shape and improve the digital experience of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will focus on optimising user journeys, enhancing functionality, and ensuring our digital platforms are reliable, engaging, and inspiring.

You will collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and retail teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive customer engagement and support our mission of empowering communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management and optimisation of our websites and eCommerce platform to drive business growth.
  • Monitor performance, user behaviour, and analytics to inform data-driven decisions and drive improvements.
  • Develop and implement best practices in digital engagement, accessibility, and customer experience to ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Support SEO updates and recommend optimisation opportunities to enhance online visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital projects and feature rollouts to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms (Shopify or similar CMS).
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices, including UI/UX and SEO principles.
  • Confidence in using analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative style, with the ability to communicate technical ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using marketing automation software to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
