About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, exceeding their service expectations, and achieving sales budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live the Spendless Way by providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Follow our 4Cs of Customer Care to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Achieve sales budgets and maintain company merchandising standards.
  • Rotate and present our products to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  • Administer and implement company procedures, including cash handling and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, embracing our Spendless values and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role.
  • Preferred supervisory experience, but not essential.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising knowledge.
  • Ideal understanding of sales budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion footwear.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the motivation to be successful.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanor.
