Driving Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to support our community in making our roads a safer place. As a Driving Instructor, you will be part of helping people through their journey of learning to drive.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy teaching and mentoring others. You will provide one-on-one driver training to learners and experienced drivers across various regions, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Logan.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver high-quality driver training sessions that cater to individual needs and learning styles.
  • To maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment that fosters confidence and independence in learners.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery.

Requirements

  • A Cert IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport Driving Instruction) or willingness to undertake this certification.
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children).
  • An aptitude for training and coaching.
  • Clear communication skills and a motivated self-starter attitude.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • A clear driving record.
  • A late model car (2018 onwards) ideally with dual controls fitted or use one of our company vehicles.
  • A willingness to take on contract work.
