Job Description:
  As a senior member of our retail team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the staff to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-performing team.

  Our Store Managers are provided with a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Partner with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice
  • Maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote products and services


Requirements:
  Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  
  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
