We are looking for a 1x full time caretaker/cleaner and 2xpart-time cleaners to complete common area cleaning within brand new high end luxury apartment block in Applecross.
- Full-time Position is Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
- Part-Time Positions Monday - Friday flexible Hours starting from 9am or 10am

Duties include cleaning of common areas only, such as glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, lift polishing. Prior cleaning experience is essential as this is a large property and require multitasking and time management skills. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

The properties that we look after are all newly developed apartment complexes with friendly residents. We have several properties around Perth with opportunities for more hours and fill in cleaning shifts.

Pay: $24.97 - $28.72 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
