Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory standards while achieving financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community, including partnerships with families, and leverage your marketing skills to enhance service occupancy.
- Provide mentorship and support to the team, striving to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You:
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
- Have experience in a management or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrate a track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
