The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne. As a Service Representative, you will play a key role in performing a variety of field service tasks, including installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a variety of field service tasks across the Melbourne area and nearby locations
- Collaborate with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex tasks
- Commission, site test, and upgrade systems and firmware
- Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers
- Act as a role model in relation to relevant health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) requirements
- Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs, and inventory management
- A Grade Electrical License AND/OR Refrigeration Qualifications
- Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle)
- Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
- Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
- A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver/trouble-shooter
- Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
