We strive to deliver exceptional value to our enterprise partners through a seamless onboarding experience, timely issue resolution, and effective eero deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish industry benchmarks for partner engagement, needs assessment, and prioritized eero workflow optimization.
  • Oversee all aspects of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Determine eero's most impactful partner-focused efforts, aligning them with partner goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to eero partners, fostering their trust and influencing their customer-facing technology strategy.
Key Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field, coupled with 3 years of experience in program management, workflow prioritization, and quantitative analysis.
