As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team in assisting clients to achieve their goals and objectives, while ensuring a person-centred environment that promotes autonomy and choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers in delivering services to clients with disabilities
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for clients
  • Manage and coordinate team rosters to ensure effective site operations
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent tertiary education
  • At least 3 years' experience working in leadership roles within the disability sector and Aged Care
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
