Description
Are you driven by the opportunity to contribute to safe, compliant, and sustainable buildings? We're seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to become a key member of our Building Surveying Team, delivering high-quality certification services that meet both statutory requirements and community expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of applications, including:
- Construction, Occupation, and Complying Development Certificates.
- Plumbing and drainage approvals under the Local Government Act.
- Development Applications.
To be successful, you'll need to be eligible for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings) and possess a sound working knowledge of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- An annual salary between $88,192 – $99,255 dependent upon skills and experience (plus 12% superannuation)
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
