Integration Expert

This critical role plays a key part in the IT business team, focusing on technical and integration aspects. The successful candidate will help support applications and manage data across the organization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with IT stakeholders to define integration needs, design solutions, and manage their implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be proficient in Azure, Jitterbit, Boomi, Python, PowerShell, Postman, SOAP, and GIT, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, business users, and vendors to define integration needs, design effective solutions, and manage their implementation.
  • Ensure system integration solutions align with industry best practices.
  • Document and clearly communicate technical requirements, including comprehensive 'as-built' documentation.
  • Translate complex business needs into simplified, actionable technical specifications.
  • Provide expert recommendations based on project requirements and build robust API technologies using RESTful or SOAP principles, along with SOA design principles.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Maintenance

Administer helpdesk applications to ensure smooth operation. Maintain integration products to guarantee optimal function and ongoing reliability.

Produce detailed project and service delivery documentation, including architecture designs, 'as-built' documentation, and operating procedures.

Lead or actively participate in relevant projects, taking ownership of key technical aspects.

Create detailed work breakdowns, define tasks, and accurately estimate effort for project schedules.

Proactively identify opportunities within the organization for cost reduction, efficiency gains, risk mitigation, or revenue enhancement.

Requirements
  • Recognized qualifications in integration administration, data analytics, business intelligence, or information technology.
  • Integration Expertise: Proficient in Azure, Jitterbit, Boomi, Python, PowerShell, Postman, SOAP, and GIT.
  • Business & Project Acumen: Skilled in business case evaluations, cost/benefit analyses, and project management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong technical writing for integration documentation, and proven success in fast-paced IT environments.
