Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Grounds Maintenance Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for installing synthetic grass and/or wet pour rubber, setting out and installing posts and sleeves, site preparation, general labouring, and landscaping duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install synthetic grass and/or wet pour rubber surfaces on various sites
  • Set out and install posts and sleeves for effective installation
  • Prepare sites for installation, ensuring they meet the necessary standards
  • Perform general labouring tasks to support the smooth operation of the business
  • Conduct landscaping duties as required to maintain high-quality results

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence (HR or LR licence an advantage)
  • Obtain a Working With Children Check (or ability to pass the requirements to gain certificate)
  • Possess a Forklift licence (an advantage)
  • Hold other plant licences (an advantage)

To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit and prepared to perform manual tasks. You must be flexible in delivering on tasks due to the nature of the business and demonstrate strong customer service skills. A 'Can Do' attitude is essential for success in this position.
