Grounds Maintenance Specialist

\We are seeking a part-time/full-time Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. We provide garden maintenance and landscaping services across Melbourne.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for regular maintenance of boutique gardens, including:\
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
\Additionally, the candidate will perform softscaping tasks, such as planting new plants, soil cultivation, mulching, and irrigation installation.
\To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:\
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- A Certificate in Horticulture or currently studying towards one
- Knowledge of garden maintenance equipment
- Experience in garden maintenance or landscaping work
\We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, a great work ethic, and a positive attitude. They must be able to work effectively in a small team and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
\The ideal candidate will be polite, professional, and well-presented.
\Wages will be based on experience.
