Senior Manager Risk and Governance

We're seeking an experienced Risk and Controls Senior Manager to join our Business Banking (BB) team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product teams to help them achieve their strategic objectives, with a focus on achieving NPS +30.
As a subject matter expert, you'll ensure supplier business owners and BB meet the Group and regulatory requirements of supplier management. You'll cultivate a proactive risk culture through collaboration with business partners, procurement and Line 2 teams, shaping the optimal approach to third party risk and change matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all aspects of supplier lifecycle and governance activities, including supporting business owners with risk advice on various supplier risk assessments;
- Design and implementation of controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes;
- Uphold data quality in key systems, providing essential support to business partners in governing, overseeing and managing third party risks;
- Partner with the business to manage risks, compliance obligations and operations within risk appetite;
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
