Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced officer to support the design and delivery of capability programs for corporate staff. The role requires strong communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Supporting the development and implementation of capability programs.
- Coordinating and managing projects including procurement, project milestones and deliverables.
- Creating resources and materials associated with capability programs.
- Providing high quality advice and briefs to senior managers.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to develop coordinated implementation strategies.
- An understanding of organisational vision and strategic directions.
- High-level written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
