Job Summary:

The Recreation and Lifestyle Coordinator will develop, coordinate, and lead leisure activities that cater to the diverse needs of residents in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing resident engagement and participation through various recreational activities.

  • Designing and implementing mental health and wellbeing initiatives to empower residents' choices and independence.

  • Utilizing computer skills to manage data, communicate with colleagues, and maintain accurate records.

  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and outcomes related to aged care.
