We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech pathology services to patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing effective treatment plans, and providing expert advice to staff on policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech pathology services to patients in a clinical specialty area
  • Provide expert advice and training to staff on complex disorders and policy/procedures
  • Develop and implement patient safety and quality of care initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor speech pathology staff and support staff
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent experience
  • Current registration with the relevant health regulatory body
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
