">As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Director and driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, foster respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
