The Royal Children's Hospital is a leading healthcare provider for adolescents. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Evaluation Assistant. This is an ongoing part-time position at 0.55 EFT, 42 hours a fortnight with the Eating Disorders Team at the Department of Adolescent Medicine.

This role involves data collection, collation and recording results, maintaining accurate and effective database systems, and preparing statistical reports and summaries of patient data for clinical use. You will work closely with the Evaluation Coordinator and problem-solve with the ED team regarding data collection issues and participant recruitment issues.

You will be responsible for undertaking data collection, collating results, and recording data collected from online questionnaires. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, ensuring data is received accurately and complies with Ethics procedures.

The successful candidate will have technical/administrative training with several years' experience or equivalent work experience. They will also have demonstrated commitment to working as part of a team, proficiency in using established administrative processes, and current National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary specialty department providing inpatient and outpatient care to adolescents experiencing physical and mental health concerns.

  • Prepare statistical reports and summaries of patient data for clinical use and check accuracy of reports

  • Technical / administrative training with several years' experience, or equivalent work experience
