Job Role:

A Web Development and Search Optimization Specialist is required to drive digital performance via search, SEO strategies, and web development. The role involves implementing technical SEO and website optimization activities, building new websites, maintaining existing ones, and providing SEO briefs to writers.

This position is part of a growing Digital Performance team within the Agency Services Team. It offers a supportive environment for growth and learning, with a focus on client satisfaction and shared success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver successful client websites, SEO strategies, and technical SEO tasks
  • Drive growth outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with the manager and Agency team to prioritize resources and dependencies
  • Build, publish, or present strategies, milestones, and progress updates in a well-visualized and timely manner
  • Ensure clarity around objectives, program deliverables, and revenue connected to web, SEO, and analytics implementation work

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field, with passion and experience in web development, SEO, and digital marketing. They should be data-driven, familiar with SEO protocols, and possess excellent communication skills.

The role is full-time, hybrid, with 1-2 days in office per week. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and learning.
