Our Care Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our care team in providing high-quality services to residents, staff, and families.

About the Role
  • This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires movement, lifting, and pushing items around facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and serving, cleaning kitchen and dining areas, and performing laundry duties as required.

Responsibilities
  1. Kitchen Assistant: Assist with food preparation and serving (5 meal services per day), ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  2. Housekeeping Laundry/Cleaning Assistants: Provide quality housekeeping and cleaning services to resident rooms and common areas, including laundry duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care facilities, leagues clubs, RSLs, community services, hospitals, or medical centres, particularly those with daily interactions with elderly members of the community.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in food handling or kitchen assistant roles.
  • Cleaning or laundry experience.
  • Availability to work at one of our facilities.
  • A strong commitment to adopting a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues.
  • Eligibility for this role requires full Australian working rights.
