Maternity Leave Marketing Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy for assigned projects. This is a maternity leave position and will commence in April 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, executing, and reporting on project marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Managing marketing operations and budgets.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with communications teams to deliver events, public relations, and communications.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to communicate plans, activities, and achievements.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input on campaign strategies and design concepts.
  • Staying updated on marketing trends and industry best practices.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in property development marketing.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong customer insights and marketing strategy development skills.
  • Experience with digital channels, analytics, and content creation.
  • Commercial and financial skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
