Job Opportunity

The Graduate QA Officer role presents a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in quality assurance.

Closely collaborating with experienced QA professionals, you will learn the intricacies of our processes and play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and enhancing QA procedures
  • Help train staff on product specifications and quality expectations
  • Support ICA accreditation and weekly compliance activities
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with dispatch coordination

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update QA documentation
  • Print barcode and box labels for dispatch
  • Assist with stocktake and plant health certificate coordination

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Agriculture, or a STEM-related field
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office skills are a must)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in FMCG, especially floral products or horticulture
  • Familiarity with perishable goods
  • Experience and understanding of HACCP principles
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn
