Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your QA expertise and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
  • We require a highly motivated and passionate individual to design and maintain test automation frameworks, embed QA into CI/CD pipelines, and champion a shift-left approach to ensure quality is built in from the start.
  • You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA colleagues, collaborating in a team culture that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks for web, API, and integration testing.
  • Apply the principles of the Test Pyramid to guide testing strategy across unit, API, UI, and exploratory testing layers.
  • Promote and facilitate a shift-left QA approach, advocating for early engagement in design and development phases.
  • Become an active contributor to the QA Community of Practice, sharing technical solutions and insights across teams.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to continuous learning, staying current with evolving tools, frameworks, and QA methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and optimized scripts and automation code following best practices.
  • Proven ability to embrace and optimize the use of AI-assisted development tools.
  • Ability to apply the Test Pyramid principles to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
