About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Node.js and related technologies.

Job Description

As a Senior Node.js Developer, your primary focus will be on:

  • Designing and implementing robust and efficient software solutions using Node.js and its ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Node.js developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript and knowledge of Node.js frameworks.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming principles and their application in Node.js.
  • Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Proficiency in integrating multiple data sources and databases into a single system.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Ability to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  • Familiarity with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
