Growth Product Manager Role Summary

  • This is a unique opportunity to lead the customer acquisition and retention funnel end-to-end, working at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and experimentation.
  • You will partner closely with the growth team to optimise acquisition, improve conversion, and design initiatives that boost retention and customer lifetime value.
  • The role involves shaping the product-led growth engine of the business, experimenting boldly, testing and validating new ideas quickly, and doubling down on what drives results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, driving growth outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Designing and implementing experiments to test hypotheses and inform product development decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management with a strong background in B2C or D2C environments.
  • A track record of delivering growth outcomes through innovative strategies and effective execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to drive product decisions.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
