About the Role

You'll be part of the team that brings excitement and strategy to the world of racing.

This isn't your standard office job. You'll work with live markets, real-time data, and some of the country's most iconic racing events.

What You'll Do

  • Manage pricing and trading for key race meetings, balancing precision with pace across all three codes - thoroughbreds, greyhounds, and harness.
  • Help execute and evolve our trading strategies, using both market insight and customer behavior data.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to improve trading models (including the Supamodel) and internal systems.
  • Partner closely with trading operators and the broader trading team to ensure smooth operations and shared learning.
  • Meet trading KPIs, stay composed under pressure, and deliver strong results across a wide range of racing events.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines a passion for racing and numbers with a calm, collaborative approach.

You don't need to come from a wagering background, if you understand racing form, love the trackside buzz, or just have a sharp analytical mindset and want to break into the industry, this could be your moment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have a solid knowledge of the racing industry or a strong interest in how racing markets operate.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and make confident decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Are naturally curious and strategic, and always looking for ways to improve or innovate.
  • Bring experience with trading platforms or analytical tools (or are keen to learn).
  • Communicate well and enjoy working with a wide variety of people.
  • Value collaboration, inclusion, and creating a positive team environment.
