**Cake Decorator Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Cake Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cake decorations and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cut, fill and ice cakes to the highest standard.
  • Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips.
  • Pull stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area.
  • De-pans, garnish and package baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies and fruit tarts.
  • Check production schedule for daily needs and process all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Certificate or Higher.
  • Minimum of 6 months cake decorating experience.
  • Food safety certification preferred.
