Job Title: Trolley Collector

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and suburbs, and returning them to designated bays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and excellent communication skills.

About The Role

As a Trolley Collector, you will be working closely with your colleagues to ensure that our stores are clean and safe for customers. You will be responsible for driving a trolley collection vehicle, pushing trolleys onto the vehicle using a ramp, collecting and returning trolleys to designated bays, performing pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, following safety and operational processes, reporting issues related to unretrievable trolleys, and completing cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle to collect trolleys from car parks and suburbs.
  • Push trolleys onto the vehicle using a ramp.
  • Collect and return trolleys to designated bays.
  • Perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
  • Follow safety and operational processes.
  • Report issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
  • Complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset and passion for retail.
  • Full Australian driver's license or equivalent.
  • Physical fitness essential for the role.
  • Availability to work various shifts across Monday-Sunday.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
