Customer Service Representative Job Summary
This role involves collecting and returning luggage trolleys at the airport, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, physical ability to handle multiple trolleys, and a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Collecting luggage trolleys from around the airport terminal as directed
- Providing courteous service to customers in need of assistance
- Cleaning luggage trolleys and other equipment
- Pushing multiple trolleys and standing/walking for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Physical ability to handle multiple trolleys and stand/walk for 8 hours daily
- Able to work a flexible roster including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Secure an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC Card) for airport work
