The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Multimedia Content Developer to join our team in Sydney. As an Audio Specialist, you'll work closely with our educational content creators and design teams to voice and edit our online video courses tailored for the Canadian market. Your voice will become an integral part of our courses, delivering engaging lessons to thousands of Canadian students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, articulate voiceovers for educational video lessons, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone for a Canadian audience.
  • Acknowledge academic terminology and jargon to ensure accuracy of educational materials relevant to the Canadian curriculum.
  • Ensure audio files meet quality standards and are properly formatted.
  • Operate and maintain recording equipment to produce high-quality sound.
  • Possess beginner to intermediate technical skills to manage recording and editing software.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators to understand scripts and deliver voiceovers that enhance educational value of content.
  • Communicate effectively with Content Creators and Visual Content Designers to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • A confident presenter with a clear Canadian accent.
  • Good general knowledge demonstrated by strong academic performance in high school and university.
  • Ability to inspire love for learning and convey enthusiasm for education.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in utilising project management tools such as Jira or similar software.
  • Prior experience in recording or editing videos is desirable.
