Salary: $93,665 pro rata (based on 24 hours per week)

About the Role:

The Caulfield Community Health Service is seeking a skilled Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Caulfield Hospital. As a key member of our Adult Health team, you will provide assessment and treatment for clients with cognitive, communication and swallowing difficulties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centered care plans
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, including video fluoroscopies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate client treatment and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology from an Australian University
  • Eligibility for membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia
  • Experience working in subacute and community settings, including video fluoroscopies
  • Current Victorian driver's license
