Salary and Benefits

As a Speech Pathologist at Alfred Health, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $86,730 to $99,700 per annum, pro rata.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position (24 hours per week) is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to clients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

  • You will assess and treat clients using evidence-based practices, including video fluoroscopies.
  • You will develop and implement person-centered care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Speech Pathology within subacute and community settings
  • A current Victorian driver's license
